E 115 Project Work Week

Final Projects are due by the end of each class period. This is a time set aside to finish the project or to have your TA answer questions. Do Not come into class with nothing as the project is designed to be done outside of class.

For sections 059 and 060, the Project is not required and class this week is optional. There will be review sessions during class time, however, for Chapters 6 - 8.

E 115 Week 9

This week you will be learning how to style your web pages. We will finish Chapter 7 and continue through Chapter 8. Homework 8 is due at the beginning of class this week.

E 115 Week 8

This week you will be learning the basics of XHTML and web page development. Don't forget about Homework 7 as there have been some last minute changes.

Also, dress up for Halloween for some extra credit!

E 115 Week 7

This week you will finish up Chapter 6 and Excel material. Homework 7 and the Final Project will be posted no later than Tuesday afternoon.

E 115 Week 6

Classes will resume this week. Please remember that Homework 5 is due this week during class time.

Week 6 will consist of the first portion of Microsoft Excel.

No Class This Week

There will be no E 115 classes this week, 10/5 - 10/9, due to Fall Break. Classes will resume on 10/12.

Keep in mind that Homework 5 will be due the week of 10/12 and remember to cite your sources.

E 115 Week 4

This week you will be finishing Chapter 4 in class.

Remember that Homework 3 is due via Wolfware Submit before your class begins.

E 115 Week 3

This week you will be going over Chapter 3 and the first half of Chapter 4.

Remember that Homework 2 is due this week and should be *printed out*. Your name, Unity ID and section number should be at the top of the Homework.

Week 2 Items

This week in class, you'll be learning the basics of networking and about VCL, a valuable example of services NCSU provides.

Also, be sure to complete Homework 1 before class begins.

Week 1 Info

E115 classes begin this week! You should receive a welcome e-mail from your lab instructor before class (if you haven't already). Note: If you're in a laptop section, make sure to bring your computer and its charger!

E 115 Place Out Exam

Students,

Registration for the E 115 Fall Place Out Exam has reached its capacity.

You are welcome to try and "walk in" on Saturday morning, but you will not have a guaranteed spot unless you are registered. As a "walk in" you must be present no later than 9:15 AM.

If you are registered for the exam and show up later than 9:15 AM, you will forfeit your seat to someone who has shown up on time.

No labs this week!

E 115 students,

ALL E 115 classes will not start until the week of 8/24 -8/28.

Please keep in mind Section 001 is an online section and you will be receiving a separate e-mail from your instructor.

Sections 002 - 055 are laptop sections that require you to bring your own laptop each week. Please make sure that it is charged.

Sections 059 and 060 will be taught via large lecture. If you have a laptop, contact Ms. ToniAnn Marini about getting switched to a laptop section.

The Fall place-out exam will take place on Saturday, August 22.

E115 exams will take place this week, during your regularly scheduled class time.

No Class

Students, For the week of 6/29 - 7/3 there will be No E115 classes due to the 10 week class break. Keep in mind your homework will be due when you get back as classes will resume on 7/6.
