The ITECS Help Desk is located in 204 Daniels Hall and open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Around-the-clock (24/7) help is also available from consultants in 203 and 226 Daniels. You can contact the Help Desk by writing eoshelp@ncsu.edu or phoning 919-515-2458.
