ITECS, We have a Problem

ITECS Help Desks are in 204 Daniels on main campus and 1002 Engineering Building I (open Summer 2014) on Centennial Campus. They are staffed 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday to help engineering faculty, students and staff with their computing needs and problems. You can contact the Help Desk by writing eoshelp@ncsu.edu (preferred) or phoning 919-515-2458.

Mail sent to eoshelp@ncsu.edu is tracked through the Remedy call-tracking system. Support services are for computing users in the NCSU College of Engineering only.
