ITECS, We have a Problem

The ITECS Help Desk is located in 204 Daniels Hall and open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Help is also available from consultants in 203 and 226 Daniels from 8 AM until midnight 7 days a week. You can contact the Help Desk by writing eoshelp@ncsu.edu or phoning 919-515-2458.

Mail sent to eoshelp@ncsu.edu is tracked through the Remedy call-tracking system. Support services are for computing users in the NCSU College of Engineering only.
