Access to Eos labs and collaboratories is restricted to the College of Engineering. Students must be enrolled in at least one engineering course to use Eos workstations. ITECS is responsible for all workstations and equipment in the labs and collaboratories, and for hiring and managing help desk staff. Academic departments are responsible for the space/rooms in which the equipment is housed. WolfCopy is responsible for maintenance and support of lab printers.

Policies

No food or drink.

No smoking.

No password sharing.

No noise or loud talking.

No recreational use of computers if lab is busy.

Do not leave workstation unattended.

Log out before leaving.

Do not power off computers.

Keep labs and computers clean.

Owners of cell phones should take personal calls longer than 15 seconds outside the lab. Ringers should be set on the lowest setting or on vibrate.

Vandalism, theft, harassment, security violations, and misuse of computing resources are grounds for dismissal from the university.

Computers are for academic use only. No commercial use of resources is permitted.
