We have posted our recommended laptops for Fall 2009 on our Buying a New Laptop page. Based on our positive experiences over the years, we have again selected models from Apple and Lenovo to be included as recommended computers. Additionally, we are pleased to add certain Dell models to our recommended list for 2009. You will be able to order these models via the NCSU Bookstores beginning in May.
Student Owned Computing is proud to announce the release of our annual Buying and Using Your Laptop brochure. In response to budgetary restrictions, we will not be mailing out the brochure this year. However, all of the same important information is included in the available PDF.
Through the efforts of various members of ITECS, the College of Engineering has purchased a campus license to ExpanDrive, which is now available to NCSU faculty, staff, and students on the Eos download site at http://download.eos.ncsu.edu/.
