At this time, the majority of the courses in the laptop initiative are first- and second-year courses. However, as students in the initiative progress in their academic careers, the demand for higher-level laptop courses will grow, and so will the development of these department-specific courses.
Nearly all of these courses meet in classrooms equipped to provide wireless access to the Internet. Various software packages are used by students in their classes.
Note: Classes listed in italics were taught with the use of a university-owned laptop cart in order to get a head start on piloting upper-level courses.
