You can enable users of free Adobe Reader to digitally sign documents, participate in shared document reviews, and save forms locally.
The Acrobat Reader is a tool for viewing, navigating, and printing PDF documents and can be downloaded for free. It launches automatically in your browser, but on Solaris machines can also be launched as a separate application, see margin.
